Local residents and officials have been working for months to put on , and they need more help.
Elk Grove city spokeswoman Christine Brainerd said Wednesday that the city and its Multicultural Committee need more help at this Saturday's all-day festival.
Interested parties can sign up to work at the stage, paint faces, clean up, help with youth activities, work in the info booth and more. Volunteer applications are being accepted online at: http://www.elkgrovecity.org/multicultural-festival/volunteer.asp.
The Multicultural Festival will feature dancers, musical groups, food vendors and more. .
