There is a fellow in Elk Grove I am sure some of you have seen. His name is David. He is always alone or has his bike with him. He is always picking up litter. I have been fortunate many times to have time to go through a drive through to buy him lunch or on a hot day a bottle of cold water. He is always grateful for this small effort. When you see him don't just pass by. Do the same as I do. It will make your heart happy!
