Spring EGGstravaganza Brings Family Fun To Elk Grove Community
The Cosumnes Community Services District and the Pride of Laguna Creek Lion's Club put together its annual Spring EGGstravaganza Saturday at Elk Grove Park.
The Cosumnes Community Services District and the Pride of Laguna Creek Lion’s Club put together its annual Spring EGGstravaganza Saturday at Elk Grove Park.
This family event included Easter egg hunts, arts and crafts, petting zoos, carnival games and other activities for children to participate in.
The Cosumnes Fire Department assisted in the annual egg drop contest, dropping eggs wrapped in protective containers by children who participated in the contest. Before the contest, some of the firefighters performed a brief "Stop Drop and Roll" demonstration teaching kids about fire protection.
