Weekend Weather: Expect Triple-Digit Heat in Elk Grove

If you're one of the lucky ones to have access to a pool this weekend, take full advantage of it — temperatures are expected to be in the hundreds this weekend in Elk Grove.

Here's a look at this weekend's weather according to the National Weather Service:

Saturday, June 16: Sunny and hot with a high around 104 degrees and a low around 64 degrees.

Sunday, June 17: The heat and sunshine continues with a high near 98 degrees and a low around 60 degrees.

Thanks for the suggestion. The City is currently studying a new interchange off 99 and Whitelock,…Read More and the project is in our General Plan. We’re also updating the Elk Grove Blvd. onramp—currently one of the most outdated on 99 in the region. Work will begin this summer.
