'America's Got Talent': Garibaldi Advances to Semi-Finals

Elk Grove native David Garibaldi is competing on the NBC show.

A graduate is one step closer to winning a million dollars.

, a performance painting and dancing group, advanced to the "America's Got Talent" semi-finals Tuesday.

They will eventually face off against 15 other acts in that stage of the television competition.

In Monday's competition, Garibaldi and his dancing, painting assistants created a portrait of Mick Jagger to the Rolling Stones hit "Paint it Black." That performance can be seen on NBC's website; an older performance is attached at the right of this article.
