Elk Grove's Garibaldi on 'America's Got Talent' Monday

The performance painter and his group of dancers will compete on the NBC reality show.

An Elk Grove native will be making a big splash on national television Monday night. And probably lots of little splashes, too.

Performance painter , who attended , will compete on the reality show "America's Got Talent" Monday.

Garibaldi and his four assistants, the CMYKs, hurl paint and dance to create large portraits in a few minutes.

"When we're on stage it's kind of like a controlled chaos," Garibaldi, 29, said in a previous episode of the show.

They'll compete in Monday's episode, which airs locally at 8:30 p.m. on KCRA-3, for a shot at winning $1 million. They'll need viewer votes to advance to the next round.

The members of the group say on their Facebook page that if they won the grand prize, they would "give support [to] our families and invest in our show."

Elk Grove, what do you think of Garibaldi's chances to win the grand prize? Will you be rooting for him and his CMYKs? Tell us in the comments section below.

I saw this performance. It was outstanding. The judges predicted they would go on to the next competition. Congrats!

Thanks for the comment, Janet. What did you like about the performance? And have you seen David perform anywhere locally?
