When we saw the interior photos of this week's featured listing, 3121 Harbour Shore Lane, we frankly weren't that impressed. Then we checked out the exterior of the four-bedroom, three-bath home: Ooh, la, la. The boat dock, private putting green and lakeview patio are worthy of tony Laguna West, and the tile-adorned walkway reminds us of beachfront promenades in Spain. And hey, we figure those of you prepared to shell out $649,000—the home's asking price as of July 6—might also be willing to spring for a little interior remodeling.
