As temperatures climb near the triple-digit mark, icy drinks will be a popular escape.
There are plenty places to get cool drinks locally, including the Elk Grove Boulevard . For the uninitiated, boba (or "bubble") tea is a Taiwanese drink with sweet, tapioca balls at the bottom.
