I have to admit a personal bias here: Futomaki is one of my favorite sushi rolls. It may not be the most flashy or popular variety, but it's high on my personal list.
Recently I tried the futomaki at an Elk Grove eatery I hadn't visited before: Yoshi Japanese Restaurant, located at 9174 Franklin Blvd.
