Looking for a new home? We were until recently, and even though we found the adorable cottage of our dreams, we still can’t resist logging on every now and then to check out the eye candy. While the recession has hurt almost everyone’s pocketbook, the good news is that for those in the market for a house, there’s value available for the money…especially in Elk Grove.

Every Thursday, Elk Grove Patch will post a photo gallery of a hot property on the market here in Elk Grove. This one caught our eye for its convenient location (near the intersection of Bond Rd. and Elk Grove Florin Rd.), hardwood floors and attractive pool area. It’s a little pricey for the E.G., but these days, we figure, everything is negotiable.
