The Elk Grove Police Department was unable to find the three suspects Saturday night.

A boy about 12 years old was part of a group that robbed an Elk Grove Holiday Inn at gunpoint over the weekend, police say.

According to an Elk Grove Police Department crime log, two males came into the Maritime Drive hotel just after midnight Saturday, while another subject waited outside.

The older male ordered the clerk at gunpoint to empty the cash drawer and lie on the ground, the crime log states.
