Supreme Court sides with Wal-Mart in sex discrimination case. The court struck down a class action suit on behalf of 1.5 million women, The New York Times reports today, saying there was no evidence that the corporation had nationwide policies or practices that were discriminatory. Legal experts said the ruling could make it harder for workers to file such suits in the future.
