It was a busy week for Elk Grove: An Edward Harris Middle School student went missing, but later returned home safe, The Elk Grove Rain Garden Plaza opened, a new red light camera went live, Leatherby’s opens, an Elk Grove man was convicted of attempted manslaughter, a church fire and more.
