Fire at Happy Garden Restaurant on Grantline

As I reported on our website, Elk Grove Laguna Forums, the twitter feed of the Cosumnes Fire Department stated there was an early morning fire that caused heavy smoke and fire damage to the Happy Garden Restaurant on Grantline Road.

Cosumnes Fire Dept updated their twitter page with the following information around 10:30 am:

Happy Garden Chinese Restaurant in the Sheldon area of Elk Grove suffered over $150,000 damage after a fire started near the water heater.

Fire at Happy Garden determined to be accidental. Second Happy Garden location on Elk Grove Blvd. remains open for business.
