Terrible family-run business. With merely a few employees their phone lines are tied-up from business open to business close, every day. And forget about email, it's as if the folks at Evolution don't even know email exists. Customer service is deplorable and non-existent.
I placed a pre-order with the business in October and they have been completely unreachable as if the family has fallen off the planet. They have shrugged-off a Better Business Bureau investigation and an ongoing Federal Trade Commission investigation. Next up is a criminal lawsuit filed with the Sacramento county police department for petty theft, fraudulent practices, possible embezzlement and the stealing/withholding of my refund (paid with disability funds--luckily, I was able to purchase the product, a gift, elsewhere and it arrived in THREE days!). It is not the least bit surprising that this company, if you can even call it such, has a rating of "F" with the Better Business Bureau.
Case in point, you're better off throwing your money in the garbage than ordering from this business -- you'll achieve the same result!
