Community Update

I purchased online from square market and here is my recent letter to them regarding my business with this awful business:

After months of research I have come to understand that a seller on your market is repeatedly charging individuals for product and not delivering their customers their product, myself included. The seller is listed as Evolution Gaming Store on your Square Market but their brick and mortar store is Evolution Cards & Comics located in Elk Grove California. I have filed a complaint with the BBB against them to which they never responded and now currently am in litigation against them in the state of California as I have formally filed a complaint against them to recover my losses from my purchase that I made through your marketplace. Considering you don't have any sort of review system for your customers that seems readily accessible(suggestion!) I just thought you might want to be aware of their practices as this directly reflects on your business and peoples willingness to do business with your company. I will gladly send you evidence of their mistreatment of others besides myself if you would like as I am currently disgusted with their treatment of people; their practices are theft and nobody should stand for it. I am not asking you for a refund here this is just something I wanted to inform you of from the bottom of my heart. I listed my BBB case number and original order receipt below. Any response would be great as I would love to know your companies stand on this issue.
