This year instead of the traditional sweetheart dinner for Valentine's Day, Camden Springs Retirement Community hosted a Mardi Gras Celebration! Complete with a Carnaval King, juggling jesters and acrobats, the evening was a huge success. Masks, hats and plenty of beads were worn by everyone who attended while the fabulous Chefs created a delectable meal of Beef Tips smothered in Mushroom Gravy or Chicken Breast marinated in a Sherry sauce. The evening ended with a concert by classical guitarist, Steve Lin.
