Need another HWY 99 Exit

Just curious if there has ever been talks about another HWY 99 exit for Whitelock or Poppy Ridge. I think this would alleviate a lot of traffic on the Elk Grove Blvd ramp. We would only need a new ramp for west of 99 since the park is on the other side. How do other feel about having another exit/entrance?
