A big rig spun out into the center divide on I-5 Friday morning, briefly blocking lanes in both directions of the freeway, according to the CHP.
As of about 10:30 a.m., northbound I-5 was clear but the southbound fast lane near Elk Grove Boulevard was blocked.
CHP Officer Michael Bradley estimated it could take about 30 minutes to get the semi towed and all lanes cleared.
There are no injuries, Bradley said.
The CHP is also reporting a separate traffic accident on the right-hand shoulder of southbound I-5 near Laguna Boulevard, as well as an accident on southbound I-5 near Sutterville Road in Sacramento.
