A big rig carrying PVC piping for pools rolled on I-5 near Laguna Boulevard Tuesday, authorities say.
The truck rolled on southbound I-5 just north of Laguna Boulevard, blocking the freeway, according to the Cosumnes Fire Department.
The CHP reports that all lanes on the southbound freeway are blocked. One northbound lane is closed and traffic in that direction is backing up.
The driver sustained minor injuries, according to the fire department.
