High School Girls Basketball Coach's Remarks: Sexual Harassment or Not? (VIDEO)

Elk Grove High school has confirmed at least two incidents of inappropriate behavior on the part of J.V. girls basketball coach, Erik Nakagawa, but the coach will not be losing his job, according to CBS 13.
Elk Grove High, who said the incidents don't rise to the legal definition of sexual harassment, said that the following quotes were parts of isolated incidents:

- Nakagawa says "pick up your p**** and put it back in your pocket" at "every practice" according to one player.
- He said, "at least you know your coach is a pimp" after several players saw a box of condoms in his car, according to the report.
