Suspect: TARANGO, JESUS (IMA, 32, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was arrested for public intoxication then transported to the main jail.

Charges: PC 25400(A)(6), 25850(C)(6), HS 11359, 11360(A)
Location: Big Horn Blvd. / Elk Grove Blvd.
Suspect: RODRIGUEZ, JESSE (HMA, 22, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contacting S-1, the strong odor of marijuana emanated from inside the vehicle. A search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of marijuana and an unregistered loaded firearm. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.
