S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was arrested for an active warrant then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: JUVENILE (BMJ, 16, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 are neighbors and were involved in a verbal argument about V-1’s vehicle being egged. During the argument, S-1 struck V-1 in the face with an open hand causing a visible injury. V-1 signed a citizen’s arrest form. S-1 was taken into custody, issued a misdemeanor citation then released.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was arrested for an active warrant then transported to the main jail.

Location: 9800 block of Elk Grove Florin Rd.
Victim: JUVENILE (WMJ, 8)
Suspect: CLARK, STEPHANIE (WFA, 26, ARRESTED)
A resident discovered V-1 walking down the street without shoes or a shirt. V-1 was dirty and had defecated on himself. Officers arrived and determined that V-1 lived at a residence in the 8900 block of El Mirador Dr. Officers responded to V-1’s residence and located his mother (S-1). Officers determined that V-1 had been gone from the residence for two and a half hours. When Contacted, S-1 did not know where V-1 was. V-1 was taken into protective custody. S-1 was arrested for child endangerment and failure to provide then transported to the main jail.
