June 25 Arrests: Man Allegedly Hides in Bushes After Crash

Location: Elk Grove Blvd. / Elk Grove Florin Rd.
Suspect: SNEAD, STEVEN (WMA, 34, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment and was arrested.

Suspect: MCDONALD, TRAVIS (WMA, 27, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was involved in a collision with the center median. S-1 fled the scene after the collision. Officers responded to the area and located S-1 hiding in some nearby bushes. S-1 was found to be in possession of keys to the vehicle that had been involved in the collision. Witnesses were located who identified S-1 as the driver of the vehicle. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was arrested for violating a restraining order and child abduction then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

S-1 (Hillsboro, Oregon resident) was arrested for public intoxication then transported to the main jail.

Location: Elk Grove Blvd. / Emerald Vista Dr.
Suspect: BROCKMEYER, THEODORE (WMA, 31, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was known to have an active warrant out for his arrest and was contacted at the above location. A search of S-1 led to the discovery of a driver`s license and two credit cards belonging to someone else. A search of the area led to the discovery of a wallet behind a Red Box machine. The wallet contained additional credit cards with the same name as those discovered on S- 1. The owner of the wallet was located approximately one mile from the location of the stop. Officers discovered that the wallet and additional items had been stolen from inside a parked vehicle. A search of S-1’s backpack led to the recovery of a pair of sunglasses and a watch that had been stolen from inside the car. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: HER, JOESPH (OMA, 20, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted and a records check revealed that he had an active misdemeanor warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested then issued a misdemeanor citation with a new court date and released.

Suspect: RISBY JR, EARL (BMA, 27, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was arrested for two active warrants then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Rancho Cordova resident) was arrested for an active warrant then transported to the main jail.
