Suspect: LOPEZ RAMIREZ, LUIS (HMA, 29, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment and was arrested.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. S-2 (Sacramento resident) was a passenger S-1’s vehicle. A records check revealed that S-1 and S-2 had active warrants out for their arrest. Both suspects were arrested then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. A records check revealed that S-1 had an active misdemeanor warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested then issued a misdemeanor citation with a new court date and released.

S-1 approached V-1 while she was outside sitting at a table. S-1 grabbed V-1’s purse and ran away to an awaiting vehicle parked nearby. S-1 entered the vehicle from the passenger side and the vehicle drove away. S-1 was described as a black male juvenile, 6`0”, 140 lbs with a skinny build. S-1 was wearing sunglasses, a multi-colored striped Polo type shirt and dark colored pants. The driver of the vehicle was described as a black male, and the suspect vehicle was described as being white with four doors. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate the suspects or the vehicle involved.
No major incidents or arrests logged.
