Trio Arrested on Suspicion of Drug-Related Charges

Police seize 100 marijuana plants during the arrests.

The Sacramento Sheriff's Department arrested two men and a woman after serving search warrants on the 8000 block of Voula Way in Wilton, Wednesday. 

Police took Wilton residents Isabella Restani, 63, and Arnold Broden, 66, and Los Angeles County resident Igor Petrovski,46, into custody on suspicion of marijuana for sale and cultivation of marijuana. 

During the arrests, officers seized over 100 marijuana plants, over $80,000 in cash, indicia for sales, possession for sales and cultivation of marijuana, two handguns and one shotgun

The operation involved a mulit-agency task force comprised of members of the Drug Enforcement Agency, Sacramento County Probation Department, Folsom Police Department, Sacramento Police Department, Citrus Heights Police Department and the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department. 

The High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas (HIDTA) program is a federally funded anti-drug program that enhances and coordinates drug control efforts among local, State, and Federal law enforcement agencies. The program provides agencies with coordination, equipment, technology, and additional resources to combat drug trafficking and its harmful consequences in critical regions of the United States.
