Youth Soccer Coach Arrested
Arthur Temblador was arrested on charges of sexual assault of a 16-year-old girl.
Sacramento police officers say they discovered an Elk Grove youth soccer coach engaged in sexual activity with a 16-year-old female in a medical building parking lot early Saturday morning.
The coach, Arthur Temblador, 36, was charged with sexual assault on a minor.
Police spokesman Sgt. Norm Leong said that officers approached a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of a closed medical building on the 8100 block of Timberlake Way in Sacramento.

There the officers observed Temblador sexually engaged with the underage girl.
Temblador has been taken into custody without incident and will likely be arraigned Monday or Tuesday, Leong said.
