100-Year-Old Elk Grove Resident Recognized by Council
Dalyte Sidell was honored by the city last week.
An Elk Grove resident got a special birthday present and an early Valentine's Day gift last week.
Dalyte Sidell, who is 100 years old, was recognized by the Elk Grove City Council at its Feb. 13 meeting.
"In the city of Elk Grove we think it's important to honor your service and your life," Mayor Gary Davis told Sidell, congratulating her on 100 years. "I'm sure there is a secret to [your longevity] and hopefully you'll share it with us."
