Calvine Road to Have Overnight Lane Closures Starting Monday

Sacramento County officials will be performing sewer line maintenance.

Late-night and early-morning drivers, take note: eastbound Calvine Road near Elk Grove-Florin Road will see lane closures from March 25 through April 16.

Road crews will close "alternating" lanes from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. to clean a sewer mainline, according to Sacramento County.

The county recommends Sheldon Road as an alternate route.

Thanks for the suggestion. The City is currently studying a new interchange off 99 and Whitelock,…Read More and the project is in our General Plan. We’re also updating the Elk Grove Blvd. onramp—currently one of the most outdated on 99 in the region. Work will begin this summer.
