CSD Set to Adopt Final $56 Million Budget Wednesday
The Cosumnes Community Services District's Board of Directors will meet at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.
The (CSD) adopted its priliminary budget nearly two months ago, but this week the organization will revisit the topic.
The CSD's board of directors will meet Wednesday to discuss a final budget totaling $56.3 million–$200,000 more than the priliminary budget.
According to a staff report, the two documents differ in that the finalized budget includes lower workers compensation premiums, but expenses for phones, floor renovations and pool deck chairs at the Wackford Aquatic Center; demolition of the Galt administration building and other costs.

The $200,000 increase is being paid for by East Franklin developer fees and funds set aside for the floor renovation at the Wackford Aquatic Center.
The CSD will know more about its total revenue and expenses from the 2011-12 fiscal year in September, the staff report states.
