Michelle Orrock, first elected to that board in 2008, has pulled papers to run again this fall. She said in a statement Tuesday afternoon that she's the right candidate to trust with taxpayer dollars.

"In the last four years we have cut our budget while maintaining the high level of emergency services that our community deserves," Orrock said in a press release. "In these challenging times we also need to continue to improve our programming and the services we provide the community through our Parks and Recreation Departments."

, these three do not have to gather nomination signatures before they can appear on the ballot. They just need to fill out some forms like a declaration of candidacy and submit a candidate statement, elections office spokesman Brad Buyse said.
