Survey results will set benchmarks for measuring and tracking the quality of services provided to Elk Grove residents. Community feedback will assist in program planning, goal setting, budgeting and performance measurement. It will also help the City Council make decisions that impact the community.

The survey was developed by the International City/County Management Association (ICMA) and The National Research Center, through a low-cost resident survey service for local governments.

Recently, 1,200 Elk Grove households selected at random received mailed surveys.  The same survey is now available online so all residents can participate. Residents are encouraged to complete the web survey by December 14.
