Last Chance: Help Shape Elk Grove's Last Unplanned Area

Last public workshop on Southeast Area Master Plan set for Thursday

Want to help shape the future of southern Elk Grove? The city will hold the last of a series of public workshops on the Southeast Policy Area this Thursday.

Described by city staff as "the last large‐scale development area within the urbanized portion of Elk Grove," the irregularly-shaped swathe of land lies between Bruceville Road and Highway 99 and below Whitelock Pkwy (see attached map).

City staff will hear residents' ideas for how the land should be used as they prepare a draft master plan to present to the Planning Commission later this spring.
