Mayoral Candidate Higley to Hold Meet-and-Greet

has a busy weekend ahead: He'll hold a meet-and-greet Saturday morning and participate in a charity motorcycle run Sunday.
At 9 a.m. Saturday, he'll hand out water bottles to attendees at soccer games.
The following day, Higley will ride in KCRA 3 anchor Walt Gray's charity motorcycle run. The 10th annual ride benefits Wind Youth Services and goes from Rocklin to Sugar Bowl Ski Resort.
