Video: Trigg is Sworn in as Elk Grove Council Member

Elk Grove's newest council member, and the only one sitting on the board who didn't run for office, was sworn in Wednesday night.

Watch the swearing-in ceremony and some brief remarks from Bob Trigg in the video above.

Trigg was appointed to the council to fill the vacancy left when Gary Davis was elected mayor. He'll represent District 4.

Thanks for the suggestion. The City is currently studying a new interchange off 99 and Whitelock,…Read More and the project is in our General Plan. We’re also updating the Elk Grove Blvd. onramp—currently one of the most outdated on 99 in the region. Work will begin this summer.
