It's summertime and before you know it, the back-to-school season will be here.
Elk Grove's traditional-calendar schools start up again in August, but some year-round students head back to the classroom Thursday.
Here are the specific start dates, according to the 's 2012-13 school year calendar:
- Traditional: Aug. 16
- Modified Tradtional: Aug. 15
- Year-Round Track A: Aug. 20
- Year-Round Track B: July 19
- Year-Round Track C: July 19
- Year-Round Track D: July 19
