For the second time this year, the Elk Grove Unified School District Board of Education is faced with filling an unexpected vacancy.
Area 4 Trustee Pollyanna Cooper-LeVangie announced earlier this month that she will resign from the school board on July 1 because she's moving to Fair Oaks.
