Elk Grove Safety Town

If you've got kids who will attend kindergarten this fall, sign them up for this two-week course, which will teach them about safety awareness in the areas of bicycle, pedestrian, personal, water, school bus and car passenger safety.  Poison and basic fire prevention will also be covered. Kids will receive a T-shirt for their participation and get to look over a fire truck, school bus and police car for a real hands-on experience. This course is limited to 64 children, so sign your kids up as soon as possible.  Obtain a registration packet at the Elk Grove Police Department or online at the website below.  Registration deadline is July 1, 2011.
