 ,   Add to calendar
 Elk Grove  See map

Youth volleyball league for boys and girls ages 7-15. Four divisions: 7-8, 9-10, 11-12 and 13-15.

The eight week program, which begins April 10, teaches the fundamentals of volleyball such as serving, passing, setting, spiking, blocking and playing the game.  We run another program in nearby Santa Maria.

Registration for this program can be done online at www.USYVL.org or you can request a registration form by calling the USYVL National Office at 1-888-988-7985.

The USYVL provides a low pressure, structured and fun environment, where kids excel in the sport of volleyball. All practices and games are held at Chumash Park in Agoura Hills.

Our mission is to provide every child with a chance to learn and play volleyball, “Every Child Plays”!

Is there a summer league anywhere for youth? My daughter is 11 years of age and she is really interested in playing volleyball and I am not having any luck on finding a league. If you have any suggestions please let me know it would be very much appreciated.

Hi Robbie! We don't run a Summer league, but will be having a Summer Camp in Sacramento. You can go to our website at www.USYVL.org and click on the Summer Camps button and then Sacramento. We also run a Fall League in Elk Grove starting the second week of September. That is also available for registration on our website. If you have question feel free to call me at 1-888-988-7985 xt. 224.

Why not down to Grantline and then head back north along the freeway? Plus Kammerer will eventuallyRead More be widened all the way to I-5 and commuters can use that too. Take Grantline to Kammerer to Bruceville.

An overpass and off/on ramps will be built at Whitelock Parkway after the mall is built, whichRead More should take place after the soccer stadium is built, which should take place after the city secures a professional soccer team. Elk Grove better make sure the professional soccer team is a women's team, or else LaWanna Montgomery will be mad.

Thanks for the suggestion. The City is currently studying a new interchange off 99 and Whitelock,Read More and the project is in our General Plan. We’re also updating the Elk Grove Blvd. onramp—currently one of the most outdated on 99 in the region. Work will begin this summer.
