<p>Pho Lotus was voted KCRA Channel 3's winner of 2009 for best Vietnamese food in Sacramento. This family-owned favorite is known for takeout or dining in. Service is fast, friendly and respectful.</p>
<p>The menu offers plenty of hot seasoned soups with vegetables and meats. An appetizer might be fresh spring rolls of shrimp, pork and noodles and lettuce with a peanut dipping sauce or Pho Bo soup made 12 different sumptuous ways.</p> <p>Enjoy Co'm Dia as a dozen or so entrees that are  rice plates with marinated grilled or sauteed meats such as charbroiled chicken with steamed jasmine rice, or beef thinly sliced and rolled in Vietnamese radish. Bun are rice-noodle vermicelli bowls that are bedded on lettuce with cucumbers and mint, pickled daikon and peanuts.</p> <p>Cac Mon An are dishes served a la carte and sport such meals as catfish and pork in a clay pot, caramelized with onions in clay pots. Com Phan Gia Dinh are prearranged family meals intended for easy ordering for large groups.</p> <p>There is an array of carefully crafted Vietnamese Giai Khat such as iced Vietnamese drip espresso with sweet condensed milk.</p>
