Rubio's Fresh Mexican Grill

<p>Ralph Rubio has now sold more than 50 million fish tacos, the signature dish of Rubio's Fresh Mexican Grill. The story behind Rubio's is that Ralph would camp on the beaches of the Baja village of San Felipe, where, as a hungry college student, he learned about a similar recipe to the one he perfected.</p> <p>The full Baja seafood menu has a dozen types of burritos, including langostino lobster marinated in fresh garlic and spices; a dozen of various types of fish tacos, including blackened mahi mahi; and grilled gourmet tacos, including garlic herb shrimp and portabello and poblano. </p> <p>Enjoy wraps, salads and bowls, such as the chipotle ranch wrap salad. Tasty plates, such as enchilada and fish, the three-cheese quesadilla and the nachos grande, are so good.  </p> <p>The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing, and full of just what you might imagine you would see and hear if you, too, were relaxing on the beaches of Baja.</p>
