Just a quick clarification—Funding for the Rain Garden Plaza is from the Drainage and Flood…Read More Control Fund, which is separate from the General Fund. Revenue from red light cameras did not fund the Plaza. Also, parking on Laguna Springs is permitted.

Vote the people out that approved them, replace them with people running AGAINST the red light tickets cameras.
