Public employees should be neutral and not align themselves publicly with any organization outsideRead More the scope of their employment. How is this not a bias and a conflict of interest when active support is selectively shown for one, but not for the many other needy causes and special interests? This is back-door politicking leveraged on the employee's good-will, and is poor public policy management.
